Salads became a big thing when I decided to be vegan. It's the easiest dish you can make and the varieties are endless.A couple of days ago, I visited my best friend in Bielefeld. She is omnivore, but took me to a place named JAKOBS which serves vegan dishes only. I picked a the spinach-lentil-salad and was surprised how delicious that combination tastes. So here is my recreated version of the salad.

ReplyDeleteInstalling a new vacuum that is amazing. I had my old one for 37 years, so it was about time for something that really works and this unit is incredible. The old one was like vacuuming through a straw - this one is like a hurricane taking every tiny scrap of dust and dirt. ZehnBesten really knows about vacuums and is so helpful. He and Jeff were a pleasure to work with.
